Accessible, gentle somatics practices and teachings for disabled and chronically ill people.
Exploring somatic practice for people with PEM, MECFS, Long Covid, MS, Fibromyalgia, and other disabling illnesses. All are welcome, tailored to the experience of those who have to be very attentive to their limits and need a relatively gentle practice they can adapt to what's best for them on a given day.
We focus on shifting from imposing an agenda on your bodies to learning how to listen to and be guided through movement and rest by the somatic intelligence inside you.
